Building on the success of last year’s Inclusion By Default (IBD) Conference, we return in 2026 to continue driving inclusive innovation, equity, and justice across workplaces and communities.
Event info:
Date: 29th April 2026
What is the event about?
The Inclusion By Default Conference 2026 builds on last year’s momentum, bringing together leaders, practitioners, and communities to explore how inclusion can be embedded across policing, the arts, and the workplace.
Through a focused programme of discussions and insights, the conference will explore practical approaches to tackling systemic barriers and creating more inclusive environments.
Attendees will leave with fresh perspectives, meaningful connections, and actionable ideas to drive change within their organisations and communities.

Our speakers brought real insight, honesty, and passion to the room—challenging us to think differently and act more inclusively.
