Inclusive Innovation Framework.png

Using our Inclusive Innovation Framework (IIF), developed with Yohlar, we will spend an interactive and fun afternoon co-creating an inclusion roadmap for the North East and your organisation.

Find out more about IIF below:

Did you know?

Inclusive organisations are twice as likely to exceed financial targets. Deloitte states inclusive businesses achieve 8 times better outcomes, and Forbes notes quicker decision-making in inclusive processes.

Despite challenges in the North East, including workplace discrimination and low diversity, creating an inclusive workplace goes beyond diverse hiring.

Join us at the Inclusion By Default Conference to explore and learn about inclusive workplaces in one dedicated day.

Why is Inclusion Important?

Join us to co-create the inclusion strategy to make our goal possible and build inclusive growth for our region and your organisation, raising ambitions and aspirations.
