Our #InclusionByDefault campaign aims to help make the North East the most inclusive region in the UK by 2025.

Whilst we have engaged and supported a wide range of initiatives and activities focused on Inclusion, Inclusive Growth and Inclusive Productivity, we now need your assistance to help us to unlock the barriers to success. We cannot achieve this ambition alone.

Inclusive organisations are twice as likely to exceed financial targets. Deloitte states inclusive businesses achieve 8 times better outcomes, and Forbes notes quicker decision-making in inclusive processes.

Despite challenges in the North East, including workplace discrimination and low diversity, creating an inclusive workplace goes beyond diverse hiring.

Join us at the Inclusion By Default Conference to explore and learn about inclusive workplaces in one dedicated day.

Why is Inclusion Important?

Join us to co-create the inclusion strategy to make our goal possible and build inclusive growth for our region and your organisation, raising ambitions and aspirations.
