Dinner & Awards Ceremony

Enjoy Authentic Punjabi meal, followed by the heart of our event—the Awards Ceremony, where we honor the remarkable achievements of our esteemed members.

Formal Event Close & Networking

As the formal proceedings draw to a close, the floor will open for networking. It's an opportunity to connect with peers, discuss the night’s highlights, and build lasting relationships within the ABC community.

Parking Information

Your convenience is one of our top priorities. To ensure a hassle-free experience, ample parking space is available at the hotel venue for all attendees of the ABC Annual Awards Dinner 2024.

Upon arrival, kindly note that you will be asked to input your vehicle's registration number into the hotel's system. This process is streamlined to ensure the security and ease of parking for all our guests.

Drinks Pre-Order

Ensure your table is well-stocked with your beverage choices by taking advantage of our Drinks Pre-Order service. Fill out the form with your preferences, and we'll have your selections ready at your table upon arrival. It's a seamless way to manage your refreshments for the evening, allowing you more time to enjoy the event.

Guests can avail special room rates at Gosforth Hotel by mentioning they are attending the ABC Annual Awards. Speak to the reception or refer to the hotel details provided below for arrangements.

Dress Code

Black Tie: A timeless choice, a black tie dress code embodies a formal, refined style. Men are encouraged to wear tuxedos, and women can opt for evening gowns or cocktail dresses.
Traditional Asian Dress: Embracing the diverse tapestry of cultures within our community, we welcome attendees to don traditional Asian attire. This is a beautiful opportunity to celebrate the rich cultural heritage and the unique identities that enrich our network.

Charity Game: Heads and Tails

Join us in a fun game of Heads and Tails to support the PIE Project Charity. Participation is open to all with any donation amount welcomed, though a £10 donation is suggested. Donate here to partake. The winner will be rewarded with a meal voucher for four at the multi-award-winning Khai Khai restaurant. Let’s blend fun with philanthropy and make a difference together!
