A small or independent business that has experienced significant growth and success
Inclusion by Default Award
For any individual or organisation who has significantly contributed to making the North East a more inclusive place
The Shining Beacon Award
Open to Shine-accredited employers that can demonstrate outstanding practice, measurable impact and continuous improvement within one of the five Shine Beams.
The Shining Spark Award
Open to NON Shine-accredited employers beginning their good work journey who can demonstrate commitment, positive progress and ambition to create a better workplace.
