As the Child Workforce Director and Board Trustee at the Northbourne Youth Initiative, a Northeast Youth Charity, Samuel has played a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young people. His leadership and vision have helped the organization thrive, providing essential services and support to youth in the community.


In addition to his work at Northbourne Youth Initiative, Samuel has served as a shadow board member, representing people from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds. His advocacy has ensured that diverse voices are heard and valued in decision-making processes, making an impact on inclusivity and representation.


Samuel's expertise extends to his work at the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), where his contributions in Data and AI Ethics have been instrumental. As an AI Advisory Group member, he has been at the forefront of ensuring Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in the complex ethical landscape of AI and technology in healthcare.


His dedication to public service has earned him recognition, including a nomination for the ABC Awards 2024 North East in the Public Sector Award category. This nomination reflects Samuel's unwavering commitment to improving lives and his excellence in the public sector.
